Feb. 1, 1976, News 5C Engagements GAIL RIGSBY (Priscilla Ralston Photo) Miss Rigsby, Mr. Holland Announcement is being made today of the betrothal of Gail Rigsby to Billy Holland by Mr. Edmon Rigsby of Indianapolis, Ind. The bridegroom -elect is the son of Herbert Holland, 1311 Sulphur Springs and Mrs.

Ruth Holland, Lowes Trailer Court. The wedding is being 1 planned for April 3 at the Bellwood Church of Christ. Miss Rigsby is employed at Alton Box Board Company. She is a graduate of Howe High School in Indianapolis. A graduate of Central High School, the bridegroom-elect is employed at Firestone Tire and Rubber in LaVergne.

The grandparents of the bridal couple are Mr. and Mrs. Sam Mos-, ley Sr. of Murfreesboro, the late Mr. and Mrs.
