She was a native of St. Joseph, MO and lived most of her life in Nashville before moving to Murfreesboro 16 years ago. Deborah was a member of Barfield Baptist Church and also a graduate of John Overton High School in 1972. Deborah was preceded by her father, William Earl Bailey; step father, Rev. Roy Bunch.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald A. Kliewer of Murfreesboro to whom she married in July of 1973; mother, Ethel D.
